Improving Body Image Workshop

Where: The office of Dr. Jamie Lopez (address listed below).

When: Ongoing.

Cost: This workshop is usually offered at a price of $200. Now $40 per session plus a 10% discount if paying for all four sessions up front.

Objectives:

• Discover/discuss the factors and personal experiences that have influenced your body image.
• Learn specific coping skills to increase body image satisfaction.
• Learn and practice hypnosis for improved body image satisfaction.
